PROCESSED
Macelleria DeMaria is our USDA processing facility located on the farm. When the animals are ready to be harvested, they are handled humanely under USDA guidelines and processed efficiently.
SOLD
Hemlock Hill Farm Market provides fresh meat products everyday. Our farm store
carry’s all cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chickens, (seasonally duck, goose and turkey). Open to the public all year.
Craft butchery at its finest. Our meat is all hand carved by our talented butchers in our on-farm
butcher shop.
